Smoothmedia operates an innovative business model using a database of contracting resources matched up with relevent skills to staff project teams for clients. This allows smoothmedia to always get the best possible resource for specific tasks. Following initial discussions with a prospective client Christopher assembles a contracted project team and presents this to the client at the pitch stage when the proposal is delivered.

Because much of the work we do is virtual in the form of online designs or code it we can use international contractors thus widening the pool of possible subject matter experts for assignment to specific project tasks.

To manage this innovative model Christopher relies on his seven years of web development project management and training received towards his Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
